Zoning Board of Appeals
The Zoning Board of Appeals is hereby established having the powers and duties authorized by the Michigan Zoning Enabling Act, Public Act 110 of 2006, found at MCL 125.3101 et seq. (formerly authorized under MCL 125.581 et seq.), as amended.
The Board of Appeals shall consist of nine (9) members appointed by the City Council. The members shall be selected from the electors residing within the City of Warren and shall be representative of the population distribution and of a variety of interests. An employee or contractor of the City Council shall not be eligible for appointment to the membership of the Zoning Board of Appeals.
